simpler yet just replace the logo.gif in the themes folder of ur phpBB installation for that particular theme :p

right click banner and click properties and check URL for more info

changing the banner is fine but how do you change the web address to which the banner points. rg.

thinkdigit's phpbb banner points to thinkdigit home page and not the digit forum index. how is that done ???
