most probably u'll be using dynamic IP address,in that case go to this site ..

I dont think u can change ur IP address at will, u will have to change ur ISP or ask ur current ISP to renew ur IP address

If ur ISP is providing an dynamic IP u cannot change ur IP. But if ur ISP offers a static one u can sak them and u can get ur IP change

exactly...the site is to check the IP of your machine.
in case its dynamic you can change it (infact its just refreshing,so it all depends on your DNS server if you'll be getting the same IP again or a diff one in a definate range)

you can use one software 'Hide IP' (search it).

I use it when i download stuff from portals like Megaupload or rapidshare.

Megaupload says that ur country(india) has cross the limit for maximum downloads, come again.

and rapidshare restrict download after some download size.

This software changes my IP address which also changes my country for portals. This is called proxy changing.


But this creates problem when I see non-english characters on website according to country set by Hide Ip.
