Plz suggest a mobile for my wife .
It should have good camera plus good battery back up...Budget is 4K...

Look at Samsung C3222 or Samsung S3600.

Both are good looking handset.

Cedar looks gud..has 3G also..plus java OS ..but arent sony phones high on battery consumption and not sturdy as Nokia

SE Cedar good, I woudnt go for the Yendo or the Spiro, but the SE Elm is an option (5mp cam with flash)
