cc app problem on shutdown please help

i get a error meesage while i prees shutdown
it reads as cc app and then i have to end task to shutdown please help

That is not cc app but ccapp.exe Its a file from Norton Anti-virus. Try reinstallin Norton or update it! File is conflicting maybe! Can you post your Hikackthis log file??
