Cant restart or shutdown! Plz help

Hello all! Iam stuck with a weird problem! Iam not able 2 restart or shutdown or log off my windows xp!! Even programs requiring restart cant do it!! Plz help.... The problem came wen i was following vg guide 2 transform xp 2 vista luks. Dont know wer i went wrong. May b vth da logon part!! So any1 plz help!

Seems like you have messed up with msgina.dll file. If you can boot into Safe Mode, then you can restore the original file which will be present in the same directory with the name "msgina_original.dll".

Other easier method would be to repair Windows installation using XP CD. It'll just replace edited system files with original ones.
