I could not accessed wikileaks.org.Is it blocked by the Govt.Its working using proxy. i am using openDNS,BSNL BB. thanks

I'm using MTNL i.e. BSNL only.

^Nope mate, MTNL Triband is different from BSNL. They are both owned by the same entity, i.e., Bharat Sarkar, but they are different just as BSNL and Dolphin/Trump from MTNL (cellphone services).
