hdd - segate 500gb
ram - 4x2 gb 1333mhz
mobo - asus m5a88-m
mouse & key - logitech k200
dvd - asus 24x
psu - corsair 430 v2
monitor - samsung s2obboob
gpu - amd radeon hd 7850 2gb / zotac gtx 560ti (confuse about gpu 560ti is older so its price is low and 7850 perform faster suggest and good gpu under 13k)

this is good config for gaming at ultra setting in 1600x900 like bf3, dirt3, moh warfigther, cod black ops II etc

Let alone 4 years, even 2 years is a long time. And the games you mentioned are currently new. Game features are getting heavier.
I doubt a 7970 can keep up with the latest games 2 years from now.

If your budget permits, take a 7870 or 7950 atleast.

If not, there is a hd 7850 on FK @ 12.7k or something.

Though for your screen resolution(assuming it doesnt change), 7870 is good. Even then expect fps drop in newer games as the years pass.

Please make it clear whether you've already got the above mentioned config or you plan to get it? If latter, it's not possible to get the above said config in 13K. AFAIK, the AMD FX 8350 Piledriver (just announced by AMD), will be around 13K IMO.

Inquired about the 8350 and it is available for 15k prebook and will be available feb next year.
About MOBO i think you should go for 990FX chipset

@ singh_dd93: Can you please let me know from where you've inquired about the 8350? Actually, I'm thinking of upgrading my system to an AMD FX 8350 instead of a core i7 3770K, I had planned earlier. (Most AMD's - Bulldozer series ones are available for much less - ~11K for an FX 8150), and comparatively, the AMD FX 8350 is just a little less than the i7 3770K in most tests.
Though, if the FX 8350K will be ~15K, it'll be wiser to go in for the i7 3770K.

if OP does want to CF, then ATI series has very good power mgmt. in idle stage one GPU shuts down. and in normal use only marginally more power is used.

@OP: if you do CF, dont stress on lucidlogix. if not, then its okay to go for lucid.
