Hello guys

For promoting my website I want to create a flyer/pamplet. A5 size in color.

First question, how much should I expect a designer to charge for this ? I don't want anything spectacular, just something eye catching.
Secondly - Is there any body with design skills willing to help me out, to make this flyer. I'll share the details the text I want via PM, or maybe I'll post it here itself. Willing to pay, if within budget.
