Here 80 mm cabinet fans from Antec are Rs. 750
Coler Master 80 mm Rs. 300

Also tell me about any other cheap fan which has warranty.

Antec is sure costly but thier RPM and Coolin are beyond comparision...

Now Cooler Master also has high speed fans. But, be sure you have a compatible cabinet. They sell fans of two different sizes - 80mm, 120mm and not of 3'' or 4''. I am using Antec Sonata. It contains a 120mm low speed fan - so I have also planned to replace it with a high speed fan.
