I was just looking at the hardware price of some of the components and it’s seems that it’s way cheaper in US.

Lowest prices on Asus Sabertooth 990FX at Pricewatch | Page 1

Just wanted to know….

1) Is it normally cheaper in US
2) Is it advisable to buy in US and then carry it to India
3) Do you normally get international warranty
4) What is the custom duty on computer parts

1. Sometimes, yes. You can get it cheaper in the us.
2.depends, duty on them can make a big hole it our pocket .
3.depends on brand. But most brands offer international warranty. What are you buying?
4.dont know... ;) :) never brought anything from abroad .

If you want extra info, contact members who have brought from abroad.

I have heard that there is no duty on computer parts.

I am primarily interested in buying a graphic card, may a mother board if it is significantly cheaper there
