Buying CPU cooler and HDD

I need to buy a CPU cooler and HDD for my system running Intel 4790K
For cooler: I have in mind: 212X, Deepcool assassin, H100i, nauctua NH14.
Help me to choose the best bang for the buck cooler. I have plan to overclock my system, but not right now as current speed is more than enough.

Regarding HDD: I wanted WD blue 1TB but it's only available in 1TB size. Any reliable 2TB or 3TB HDD which provide performence as good as WD Blue and as reliable. Heard that Seagate Barracuda series is not reliable enough and failure rate is very high (after 1.5-2 years). Price of WD black series is very high right now.

I have ASRock Z97 Extreme 4, Seasonic S12G 650Watt and Corsair 500R.
I am thinking upto 4.8-5Ghz (not right now as overclocking increases power consumption). May be after 8-12 months I will gradually start overclocking (as need evolves).

BTW: have a look at this pricing. 2x 1TB WD Blue for 7356.

Anything better suggestion foks? And what about the Cooler?

nh d15 is way too big, price is also very very high right now.
in my locality most of the shops don't have WD Blue for years, those who have asks for a premium price

It is not too big compared to d14 and just 1000 higher than nh d14. Anyway it is your pick though.
Try bargaining for hdd or explore more shops.

Finally brought Deepcool Nettwin for Rs. 2843
Seemed to me a good deal compared to others.
What do you think of this folks?
