buying an ipad

hey again
i am getting a deal on an ipad 2 16gb white
its bought on 18th of july
the owner has the bill and all
he is selling it for 18k
is it a good buy?
if yes
then how can i confirm if the bill is original?

thats not a good deal i guess you can get the new one for 21k ask him why he is selling it?? whats the condition?? and ask him if he can give you for 15k buying an old one for just 3k less is a bad idea... you can go if he is ready for 15k or most 16k check the ipad condition first!!
