How can you compare onboard sound to external sound card?

However if you are on a tight budget and music ,sound, and all the sort etc are not that important and the onboard sound is acceptable then you might miss on the sound card or increase your budget by abt 2k or higher or upgrade sound card later.

Also,what is the diff b/w 2sided and 1 sided memory modules?

nForce Ultra is not a graphics card. It is a chipset for a motherboard.
You have to add a dedicated graphics card yourself.

Both are the same except for the latter supporting SLI. If you are intrested in SLI you can consider the latter.

MSI RS480M2-IL is a good mobo.

Hey a 7.1 onboard card is more then sufficient for home use !!!

There is only one difference !!!

THAT WITH excatly the (e.g:- SAME model SOUND CARD like on ur board is added externally !!!! then u get a 10-20% BETTER PERFORMANCE !!! )
BUT THEN PRICE HAS TO BE CONSIDERED !!!

so ACCORDING 2 me U WON'T NEED AN EXTERNAL SOUND CARD!!!(I MEAN A SEPERATE CARD ADDED IN UR PCI SLOT !!!!)

Ok, So if i dont buy a Audigy ZS i will save 6K

Please suggest a proc+Mobo for 20K ( can be less )

I cant put a graphics card at moment cause no cash.. so suggest a good mobo with a slot and a good inbuilt card.. the one which can sustain some games..

Also how much will a decent PCIe AGP card cost?? which one ??

Should I go for SLI or non-SLI? ?

nforce 4 ultra supports pci-e and nforce 4 sli supports sli

msi rs 480 may not be too good,why do you want low performance,oc etc

onboard graphics render entire system useless,no oc

external sound card=better bass and probably quality

If you wanna game the very minimum recommedned solution will be over 10k for graphic card

but if you don't have money take a card geofrce 6200 pci-e,NOT TC

you may take 128mb

upgrade when next gen comes up

sli is much more expensive than your budget and if you want to take it take atleast 2 6800gt 256mb pci-e,the setup may be abt 50k> or higher or the graphic card s

ASUS A8N-E ( i think this sound will be sufficient for me.. read reviews.. can same 6K on Audigy ZS and go for a Geforce card )

Go in for the cheapest Graphics Card u get !!
Transcend or Hynix Ram !!!

i think the cash u save on ur sound card can b invested in ur graphics card !!!

Geforce 6600 PCIe Card = Rs. 7000

Creative Inspire 5200 = Rs. 5000

512 DDR RAM = Rs. 2300

iBall iBenz Cabinet = Rs. 1800

DVD Writer : Liteon/Sony = Rs. 4500

CD Writer : Sony = Rs. 1500

Total = Rs. 40000 Approx

Even if u go in for a 5.1 Board i doubt the difference in price will be enough 4 u 2 buy an Audigy ZS??????

Go in for the on board NOW an the upgrade in the future !!!!

also,try for corsair ram,cl=2.5 and costs 2800+tax per piece

the cpu,take winchester,code or somthing has 'DIK' written,cost shd be abt 9500,though i boguht for 9250

mb-in mumbai you might get for 8.5k ,you might get lower say 8.1k

also,take grpahic card with memory interface of 12b8bit and NOT 64bit whther you need to pay more , are the one with hynix chips better,aren't there with 2 chips

so 128mb geforce 6600 pci-e 128bit you may get abt 7.4-8k
also,there is a new brand big,may be cheaper try to see whther you can get your hands on 6600gt by them,if you take 6600 then you may upgradea after month or a yr for next gen.

spend less on cabinet and don't take iball psu,go for zebtroncis or something,ask others

DVD RW + CD RW makes a lot of sense to me..

hate combos

ram is not an issue for me.. already have it

hey go in for the tower interx they have come out with 3 and 4 additional fan slots !!!!

get a VIP or antec i bet for VIP around Rs1.5k
cab = Rs750approx
go in for the DVD RW + CD RW coz u like it !~~!!!!

hmmm dvd writer get an lg dvd writer... one of my friend`s has is and it hasn`t given any problems as yet...

lg dvd qriter - 4000(white) 4100 (black)
cd rw get a liteon/sony both are pretty good...
cd rw - 1500

512 transcend will cost you 2200
and hynix - 2000

creatvie inspire for 4800

cabinet .. hmm... the solution series from antec cost around 3k. just chk it out if your interested..

5120transcend for 2200 ar u sure mate or r u just bluffing .. i hear the price is abt 2600 in mumbai

if you have a dvd rw and combo or a dvd rom
,then you put dvd in one drive and wirte by the other

however cd-rw and dvd-rw don't make as much sense

why go confused,if you have the dought go and spend for combo and dvd-rw

aren't vip psu bad?
