Seagate 7200 rpm baraccuda SATA 160 GB

RAM --> Kingston or Transcend
DVD --> Liteon or Sony, same thing, liteon manufactures lens for sony drives(i think), so better go for Liteon

DVD writer best right now is from Benq. Just search for Benq here and u'll get a lot of posts. Also getting rave reviews everywhere. And it costs less thant the Sony I think.

antec is best
starnet is 2nd best

abviously in india

antec is too expensive

earlier kingston gave quality stuff in ram,high oc index

now you don't even know what you get so there just may be fake kingston even in boxes etc

why not stick to corsair

or even transcend if it oc's better ,performs equal

corsair is for 3550 + 4% vat in delhi

hmm guys some nice discussion going on here....but i'd like to add few extra words.....
First there are some components that offer good proce/performance ratio and often recommended but hard to find...like if u want to find antec or powersafe cabinet in lamington....it's very hard...also a dvd writer other than sony...a monitor other that lg philips or samsung...zion memory ,odules...wvwn the msi boards for intel.......so isn't it a goo idea to include the name of shop as well????

obviuosly may not from one shop...but when a person suggests for a product ..including prices...he/she can always tell about the shop...

It will be easier to buy each and every component from single shop. But, even if I try to purchase different componants from diffeerent shops etc. it will affect the price. :( So, is it any way to get rid of all this things :?:
