Building website without coding

Guyz there are loads of softwares that are available for creating website without any coding..I would like to know some essential softwares.
Freeware Or Shareware u can suggest both

I don't think there is any essential softwares for webdevelopment, It all depends on need. Some good softwares are
wordpress for blog
phpbb for forum
joomla for CMS

^^^^^^^^hey but depend on his hosting.If hishosting is not providing mysql database,than hw can he use it.

Well,U can also try general webdesign software like dreamweaver.

or do one thing goto some site like bravehost.com and make a website in 2 min and be happy...
