Building A Gaming Rig(Advice Needed)

A very happy new year to evry1 in this forum!
Im new in this forum.

Im looking forward to buy a gaming rig(in a weeks time) without Monitor,kb/mouse,hardisks,and sound system(coz i already hv those)..my budget is 60-65k
here is the rig i planned to buy:
i7 2600k
Asus Z68 Pro/Gen3
Ripjaws/Corsair(still undecided ) 2X4gb 1600(do u get higher ram speeds b4 ovrclocking?)
6950 2gb twin frozr III(took a tough decision against the 560ti)
A DVD Writer
PSU 750W(undecided on the brand ) 750W coz i may C/F in d future
Dunna if i should go 4multi rail or single rail...am really confused
I already hv a monitor(24" LED @1080p) and hard disks(1x1TB 1x2TB).. so i wont be buying those..
And an UPS.. i guess il need around 1-1.1 kVA..

Does anyone know the latest price of these components??(ie; after the dollar rise and rupee depreciation)-Im from Kolkata.
I need help with which cabinet to buy..Budget is around 6-7k
And if anyone can provide "ANY" useful inputs with..it wud be of great help! ! !

For PSU go for 850W from seasonic or corsair.850Watt because you're planning for CFX/SLI in near future.
But don't buy gfx now...AMD 7000 series already released, so wait for that.
For UPS...consider APC 1.1KVA
For cabinet nothing can beat NZXT Phantom @Rs7k.You can find it at MD Computers.

About the GCard.. Im in real need of a gaming rig asap.. i mean i hv a semi outdated laptop(when it comes to gaming.. fully outdated)..If d new non-reference cards release b4 Jan ends then i can wait..
7970 released on 22nd Dec.. n nvidia 6xx will probably release mid Jan.
Do u think the d new non-reference cards will release very soon?
Usually how long does it take?

And where exactly in Chandni is MD Computers?

#A good ups needed because when you play system hungry games, a 500VA can't load your system when power cuts.It will simply restart, which is not good for your hard disk and other expensive components
#AMD 7000 will be released around Jan-feb.If you can wait its good otherwise Hd6950 is very good card

#An aftermarket cooler is very important for I7 2600K, because the stock cooler is absolutely cr@p. When playing BF3 or crysis 2 the temperature goes to 70-75 degree celsius with stock cooler.I have the same processor, that's why i am saying.

I finally bought my machine..
Dint get the graphics card though..
The ppl at Vedant said that the 560 Ti 2gb version will be available after the 19th this month.
I had a question though.. until my Graphics Card doesnt arrive how to enable the Sandy Bridge Graphics?
I installed Intel HD 3000 but still i cant run games like PES 2012.
It says insuffient vram (128 MB)
I enabled iGPu from the bios..
still it isnt working
