Budget pc build and crossfire with R9 290

I want To build a budget pc that can handle dual (2) R9 290 @ 24/7/365
I have these component already from previous buid

Gpu - r9 290
PSU - seasonic 860w platinum
hard drive - ssd 128 gb samsung
disk drive - lg optical drive


I need to buy motherboard with lucid Mvp and crossfirex supported.
processor doesn't matter much,ram ,and a mid tower case with in 18000

so Please review the rig.

another question is how good the Motherboard to handle two r9 290 on crossfirex(mean two high end card on crossfirex running 24/7/365) and does haf 912 fit 2 r9 290 like card??

why do you think processor doesn't matter much ?
you processor will bottleneck your GPU hence r9 290 is of no use until and unless you update your processor also.
