We all know that Nokia low budget phones are really very good.

thanks a lot guys. actually previously I was thinking only about Nokia but got some poor feedback from users I started searching for another option and found Samsung. though there is little price difference of about 150 rs. but 1000 phone book memory is really helpful. and also Bluetooth for contact transfer.
thanks once again. though any new suggession would be appreciated.

I have Nokia X1-01, very good build quaity. Doesn't look cheap plastic and battery backup is awesome. It last 3-4 days with daily 5-6 hours talking (sumtime even more than that ). Although it don't have Bluetooth(who care for a bluetooth with very basic model), it has Dual SIM support,FM radio, Memory card, Music player & Loudspeaker is really really loud.
