Even i'm thinking of that, but can't wait, dying to have one! What is minimum margin of frequency of a processor to run applications without any hang?

You won't get good android phones in that budget. Trying increasing the budget to 10k. There are several good options in that price range.

Better have a good phone than buy a shitty handset and keep cursing android.
