I Don't Know what this means. But i do need GPS Navigation. Also i need Accelerometer,Proximity,Digital Compass Sensors

+1 Htc Explorer or if you can wait, then Sony Xperia Tipo.Will Come with ICS out of the box.

You won't get good android phones in that budget. Trying increasing the budget to 10k. There are several good options in that price range.

Better have a good phone than buy a shitty handset and keep cursing android.
