My old Bluetooth is Not Detect Then I purches the new bt Billionton USB BT Adaptor But it do not support nokia pc suit What I DO?

Most probably there is some problem in your configuration of phone or adapter.
But anyways you can try Oxygen Phone Manager.
It's not free although
