BSNL Usage ??

From the start of this month i cannot check my usage through data.bsnl.in website. I get this kind of page(See Attached Image). How do i check my usage. Please help me out!!!

what browser you are using????

For Chrome or Firefox get a add-on called Datafox then you will be able to check easily

this happened to me 6-7 months ago.

register to the bsnl selfcare of your region . i once did that but it failed to recognize my customer ID.

another method to get usage which i use is through sms. send
BBU <STD><LANDLINE_NUMBER> to 9448077777
