BSNL ITC cards

Can anybody tell me how i can use itc cards (india telephone cards) to surf?
So that I can manage my telephone bill in a better way?

the properties of a dial up connexion > Diallin rulez >
Calling card tab > New, now tis easy to handle, so do it urself...

BUT I AM USING WIN XP.

I m talkin bout XP only, tis been 3 years since i used 98

But in my Windows XP home there is no tab for calling cards. There is only dialing options where i have to enter my country code and region code.
Are you sure about what you have said?
