BSNL Frequent Net disconnection

Device : TD8816 ADLS + Modem Router

is my SNR Margin /Line attenuation ok ?

when i get Disconnection i see CRC error


Note: Initially BSNL told its issue with Modem , i bought modem from father office and same issue with it also .Bsnl is telling me to bring the device to their office

values are alright but note that these values may fluctuate rapidly so keep refreshing the page(in newer models/firmware page refreshes automatically) every 5-6 seconds for 1-2 min to confirm values don't fluctuate widely.if crc values fluctuate then it may mean something(wind,insects,tree branch etc) causing disturbance at some joint/junction in telephone line.i am assuming you are using ADSL mode as auto sync under advanced setup--adsl settings but if not then use it.
