broadband problem & Port Forwarding

I am using Airtel broadband 128Kbps Unlimited plan. The speed which it offers during day time is around 12Kbps and around 25Kbps in night. I think these speeds are very slow is there any problem in my PC or everyone using this plan has same speeds.
Also can anyone tell me How to port forward. I am using Beetel 220BX modem(router). I am using utorrent and Azureus.

you are getting 96 kbps in day and 200 kbps in night. Daytime contention ratio for 128kbps is 1:2 so would say it is fair.

Can you please confirm whether it's 12kbps or 12KBps. If it's Kbps then you have got to forward your port. You can get info on that by visiting this site:
