Broadband ping problem

Hey I use Sify Broadband 48Kbps and I do not get regular reply from the server. I have to always do ping and my gateway address in run box, so that I get regular replies and do surfing.

Is there any software, tweak, or any tip so that I get regular replies.

Hey they do nothing and also I have to wait a month for there reply :roll:
