yes, the thread's heading tells it all. Need to connect WA3002G4 with my E51. Keep getting "Web:No Gateway Reply" whenever try to browse thru the phone. :evil:

It should be much similar to how you connect a laptop (or pc if it matters). How did you configure wlan on your WA3002G4? Make sure you have enabled (1) Wireless and (2) have a visible access point. If you have wireless security enabled, then you may want to disable it for the moment and then try to connect it. If it works then you can use basic guide for security setup provided by BSNL here.
