my question is there any procedure to change my boot menu as previous one(black & white) as Ubuntu 10.04

the colorful one is grub which is linux boot loader while the black&white one is windows boot loader.when you install multiple os the bootloader of last os installed overwrites previous one so in your case it is now grub.if you want windows one you need to rewrite the windows boot loader using win 7 boot dvd/pen drive but before proceeding read this carefully:
Remove Grub - Restore Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums

I agree with him.
Yep, log in to Windows 7 and use EasyBCD.
:+1: for EasyBCD. It will basically rewrite the MBR so now the Windows bootloader will appear at the boot up instead of GRUB.

In any case, if you wish to get GRUB back, log in to ubuntu and rewrite the MBR again (or use rescatux live CD to recover GRUB).
its safe, but i'd recommend that you keep it installed. doesn't takes much space. :)
Yeah unless you want to edit the OS entries that appear on the screen or want to have the Windows bootloader back again, you can uninstall it after you're done.
