Ok, there should be a bluetooth service related to audio. Look for it under your bluetooth device configuration/properties and turn that service off. I'm just guessing that this BT audio service overtakes your system's audio services and thus you don't get any sound.
jusr right click on the audio icon on taskbar services and set an active device for audio, either the speaker [also for the headphone jack to work] or the bluetooth audio device.
