Bluetooth Not Working!!!

On my laptop, the bluetooth has stopped working after i restored a clean copy of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, the bluetooth doesnt show up in device and i have installed the intel proset/wireless for bluetooth + high speed. when i search for new drives in the devices and printers i can not locate any device, i have tried 3 different devices which worked before..... When i scan for hardware changes in the device manager, windows finds an unrecognised pci device and "BCM20702A0".

hi there brother you have to download the driver of your blutooth and install it mannuly.

I downloaded it and installed it, it was showing up in programs and features. But when i manually tried to install the extracted file, it came up with an error.

Call hp and replace your wifi/bluetooth chip for free. I was having same problem they replaced with new broadcom device.
