Bluetooth and webcam not working

I have an HP probook 4420s corei3, win7 ultimate 64bit. My bluetooth and webcam suddenly stopped working. Tried installing the latest drivers from hp website but in vain. The drivers gets installd but doesnt work. My probook cant find any blutooth devices and the settings panel will also not open. Is this a driver problem or a hardware error? Plz help

try system restore before when those are working try re installing web cam driver for your lappy.

just search 'bluetooth settings' in start menu search bar and bluetooth setting will show up in results open it and check if the device is turned on and also tick the 'show bluetooth icon in notification bar' .
