blue screen

in my system which pentium 4 2.4ghz, intel 865 mobo and 512 ram
the blue screen appears each time i start the computer i have tried to open the it by changeing it in various mode but still the screen appears...


is there n e way to get out of it or i have to format the computer??????

I think it may be a problem of mainbord(motherbord) .The motherbord BIOS may fail .Or it may be a problem of ur RAM just change the RAM then try.
