Blue Screen Of Death

My computer keeps restarting all the time..in between work..upon restart it displays a blue screen of death with the following errors:
1> PAGE FAULT ERROR IN NON PAGED AREA
tech. information :***STOP: 0x00000050(0x90B0D5C8,0x00000000,0x8090EEA7,0x00000000)

2>IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
***STOP:0x0000000A(0x00000028,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8084CD09)

the problem also shows up when i try to format my pc...at the time when the files are being copied & it keeps on restarting.
My system config. is- asus p5k-c
intel quad core q9300
3gb ddr2 800mhz ram
160gb seagate 7200 rpm hdd
OS-- windows xp sp2

please guys!! why don't you reply?

I think your HDD is at fault because it keeps restarting when you copy files and format, check whether yor HDD makes any weird sounds(Mechanical clicking mostly) when you copy files or format.

Use HDD Regenerator to check whether your HDD has any bad sectors.

could be anything, RAM or Mother Board. if your get difficulty in installing OS then might be MoBo problem. Get it replaced if its in warranty.

even DVD drives and all hardwares.

Even if you have installed any virtual drive software it can affect.
