Blog Feed Question

I have a blog..*chelseablues.co.cc for which i use feedburner and my feed is located at *feeds.feedburner.com/footballlatest
now the problem iam facing is that whenever i access my feed in google reader or firefox live bookmarks it gives me 2-3 day old posts..i even tried refreshing the feed but it still showed the same..
what could be the problem of this late update of feed??and also suggest possible ways to remove it..

You registered your blog feed using blogname.blogspot.com or current name: www.chelseablues.co.cc ?

Try creating a New Feed and check with it.

no..i created it while it was .blogspot..but it used to work fine with .co.cc too..this problem started recently..i have figured out that the problem is with the original feed and not feedburner..
