Blocking Website In Vista

hey guys....

i wanna block orkut on my pc ....but i m unable to find a suitable software that is vista compatible....also that editing hosts file isn't working for me...

i wanna block it for both IE n FireFox !

so guys wat do u suggest ?

u can use FreeProxy from "*www.handcraftedsoftware.org/"
it can do a lot of things other than blocking websites.
check out digit's MAY copy for detailed article.

modify the hostfile or add the site to the IE restricted zone. do 1 & 2 here *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41930&highlight=host+ie-spyads i have done this on vista. use hostman instead of host manager for vista.

Or use the built in parental control! No need for extra software..
