WHEN I SWITCH ON MY COMP
AT THE BOOT UP SCREEN WHERE IT SHOWS THE INFO ABT MY COMPS PERIPHERALS THE COMP SHOWS ME FOLL MESS

PRIMARY IDE CHANNEL NO 80 CONDUCTER CABLE INSTALLED

CMOS CHECK SUM ERROR -DEFAULTS LOADED


AFTER WHICH IT ASKS TO PRESS F1 TO CONTINUE
AFTER PRESSING F1 EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.

Now-a-days all HDDs come with 80-pin IDE connector cables. It seems you dont have one. Ask ur dealer for one or buy it.

Seems a problem with your BIOS.

Check the Mobo battery if it is working.... try changing it and check if the problem persists
