The drivers i mentioned have been officially listed as the ones required for maximum compatibility with Bioshock.U will get maximum performance with these drivers.I suppose this driver had to be beta as its shares the same number for both xp and vista.I have read in forums that this game will work with some older drivers after 162.XX.The choice is totally up to u.However if u do run into problems u can always update ur drivers.

Downloaded the demo.Will post more info on the game here.
Ok I've downloaded the demo posting the screenshots its a great game i think it performs really well on directX 10 and look for more performance improvements in future.I was not able to enable anti-aliasing(both from the game or the nvidia control panel)I was getting a consistent of 50+fps @1280x1024 at all settings turned to max-

Update:I have read i a forum that the game uses deferred lightning in DirectX 10 so Anti-Aliasing is not possible in DirectX 10.However its possible in DirectX 9.Not a good news for 8600GT/GTS owners as they will have to play on DX 9 to get anti-aliasing with a moderate resolution as on DX 10 they will have to play at 1280*720 with everything turned on without anti-aliasing

ASUS mobo 915, P4 3.0ghz, 1.5GB DDR, 6200TC PCI-E slot(upgrading GPU next month).........plz let me know.........don't want hardcore graphic........but will it run well on this Config after upgrading graphic card planning for 8600GT

Guys finished downloading Demo

I was really Surpriced that My Intel G965 onboard GFX x3000 played the game @ 800 with medium settings played smooth

It seems that this game is not only by far the best we have seen till date graphics and gameplay wise but the developers have really put a lot of work in making the game work smooth on an average pc.

BTW Harvik what configuration do you have? 1280x1024 @max settings giving you 50Fps?

I assume the card is 8600GT.If thats the case my 7900GT will rip this game apart with ease.Boy cant wait to get my hands on it.Kudos to the developers for designing it so well.
