Keep in mind that when we know more about technology, we sometimes make assumptions and take hasty decisions without double checking.
This leads to problems.
One such common example is using Google maps 100% and not checking for directions with locals while traveling. While gmaps will take us to the location, we may sometimes get very bad roads etc. But if we use both maps and local help, we will have the best route and avoid hurdles along the way.
A laptop is not a cheap purchase so it's advisable to do though research before making a purchase and the same goes with posting publicly.
