Flash within 10K range is useless they can be only use as torch nothing more.Samsung galaxy S duos got very bad battery backup.My suggestion get Moto E.

samsung sucks big time,xperia is lacklustre in low range,moto e is the best phone in the range,for flash extend budget and get moto g instead
