Delta force is awesome....Campaigns are really good.
Although recent war games like MOH, COD took the stage with spectacular graphics and gameplay, but I am still fond of delta force as one of the pioneer yet ground-breaking war games.

personally i didnt find delta force series that good....they dont give you a feel that you are actually in a war....i dont think it can be compared to call of duty and medal of honour...

the only thing according to me which made call of duty a better game is that in every mission there are lots of guys (soldiers) along with you in the battle.....in medal of honour there are some missions in which you are the only one fighting.....which actually doesnt happen in a war.....

for me COD is the best. the sound effects are great! esp when the stukas coming down on you
and the shell shock effect. some places in the game are just the ones in the movie enemy at the gates. that includes the cutscene wher you in boat and stukas on you. 
waiting for COD2.

@nix i agree with you.....it has been a long time since call of duty was released....even its expansion (United Offensive) is quite old now.....i hope the long wait is well worth for....
