Best refresh rate for my 17 inch crt flat monitor?

i know this is noob question and i really feel pathetic about it.
Anyways i would like to know the best refresh rate for my 17 inch CRT flat monitor.Now nvidia control panel shows 85 hertz at default setting as it is highest rate and lowest rate is 60hertz.All this time i was on 60hertz.So i did appreciate if you guys give me best refresh rate .

Set the refresh rate to the maximum value supported by the monitor and video adapter for the best viewing experience without any flickering. In your case, 85 Hz is the optimum value. 60 Hz will produce noticeable flickering, leading to eye-strain.
