Best phone to buy in 10k

Hi again,
My uncle wants to buy a phone. His max. budget is 10k.... He wants to music player support and video playing and recording capabilities.. I being a novice in this feild, need ur opinion. Pls suggest...

You can tell him to get a Nokia 6233. It would suit him just fine.

Thanks. He is now considering 6233, but N72 or N70 can be better than it or 6233 is better?

6233 is better if you don't need a smartphone (i.e. won't be installing lots of apps and multitasking between multiple apps).
