N73 ME has 3G which you won't be able to use in India anyway, it's heavy compared to W810i. Also has edge & a screen resolution of 320X240 with such video playback & bigger screen
If you want a slim trim phone get W810i, else get N73ME. Choice is yours

hey i feel that N73 ME would be the better choice if at all you had the budget.... just look at the config of N73 ME and that of W810i....
N73 has 3.15 megapixel while W810i has 2....
N73 has 3D Stereo Speaker... i think that is something to think about
regarding Music... well i feel that N73 is worth the price dudes... i myself have seen the piece and am convinced with it and will be buying it by the end of this month... well who says that Nokia N73 cannot support more than 1 GB memory... well N73i ME supports and also the retailer from where i got the details says that we get a 2GB memory card included with the Piece...
so what do u say???
