Those xbox 360 usb controller do a good job. I think the wired ones are around 1.5k but I am not sure about the cost.

i too used to want an x360 controller for pc...but recently got a local/chinese one by the name "next"..
looks exxactly like the ps2 controller...feels exactly the same.(actually compared)..with vibration too..how much u ask, just 300, yessir.
now i realise, ill buy five of these rather than go for a x360 for pc.its a waste

xbox360 controller for pc "shoulder" buttons LB and RB..do not last with intense gaming or high air pollution levels(if bronze items become darker and darker very fast)...

looking at it inside..it is of this type [o] and is prone to failure and it is also used in music system...
