Best Mail Server

Hello, I'm doing some research about mail servers and would appreciate recommendations.

It needs to:
Be compatible with Windows.
Have strong customizable anti-spam and anti-virus features.
Support mailing lists.

Zimbra Mail comes to mind. It's open source, therefore compatible with most OSs including Windows. Also it has decent anti-spam.

I am not fully familiar with all of its features though.

The open source part might not be a good thing for business and security reasons.

Don't make me laugh. Various IT companies use it, including my own workplace.

Open Source is what keeps your server's running. Linux is Open source and most used server OS.
Zimbra is good. Another option is horde.

Though I still prefer the tried and tested Postfix, Dovecot, Spamassassin & ClamAV
