Best Home Theater_Denon or Onkyo

I want to buy a Home theater 7.1 and confused with Denon and Onkyo.Kindly help me to buy the best of 2 and also inform me the model no. My budget is around 40K.

What is your preference - Music or Movies?. For music yamaha or denon and for movies onkyo. I suggest onkyo 608 and denon 1911 and yamaha 667 at that price range. All are 7.1. All supports HD Audio, 3D and video upscaling to hdmi. Another one is onkyo 508 7.1 chanel. mrp is 28k. Should be available for 25k. This model has no upscaling facility. Or you can wait a few months for new models from onkyo and denon.
