Best HD monitor in market?

Please suggest a good HD monitor in the market, both good in quality n value for money? I intend to use two monitors, so which graphic card would be best to support the HD monitor?

for 30k+ - 9800gx2

By HD do you want Full HD or upto 1080i? Any price and size constraints?
Best Full HD monitor acc. to guys at Digit is BenQ FP 241W. Last year it was selling for 50k, this year don't know yet
