Best Gta Type game?

Do u people have any idea about some cool alternative option of gta as gta 4 is not available for pc. but i liked that game so i played few of them like:-

Godfather
Scarface
Trucrime.

Among them trucrime is the worst game i ever played in that kinda genere. but godfather n scarface rockz. can u tell me some other title

PS3 has a 8 Core (6 usuable) CELL Processor, So Um, you'll need a SuperComputer to emulate it.

Simpsons Hit & Run. Its a comedy and not criminal althugh you break more laws in this game than in gta

And whoever told you that all those processors will be under maximum load while running GTA 4??No need for a supercomputer methinks..

i think subbzzz meant, that a PS3 emulator (if possible) will fry the proc. as does the PS2 ones.

PS2 games have poor gfx. compared to PC titles. right?
PS2 is too old now. right?

then WHY isnt there a proper PS2 emulator, which plays mainstream games, at playable fps?
