Best GPU for 500W PSU

I want to buy a new graphic card with maximum budget of Rs.5500. I have 500W Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus PSU (I saw its blacklisted. Never knew Cooler Master PSU's were bad ).WITHOUT CHANGING MY PSU what are the best available graphic cards without harming my CPU or PSU. I prefer 1 GB DDR5 grapfic card.

Alright between MSI HD 6670 and Sapphire HD 6670 which should I go for taking into account all the factors such as after sales,cooling,durability,price. Which is the best bet.
