Best Free RO Server

i finally got bored of paying for inRO and so thought of searching for free RO servers and found many. i visited only 2 sites(didnt have much time had some work). the first one was of animaro. the site was pretty good. another was rebirthro. but i wasnt able to decide which one should i play on. do u guys know any better servers. btw what is 10/1/10 i saw it on many banners. also what is a mid rate and low rate server?

This are their rates.
For eg . 20/5/10 means
Base exp * 20
Job exp * 5
Item drop chances * 10

Dont know which is the best server coz most of them survive on donations and donors get uber stuff and u can't survive in front of them.

I don't really care for the rates but the experience is awesome, and free from the general insulting people you find in (most) other servers.

Of course, nothing beats running your own server and playing with your friends.

y not try a server called xileRO. ( www.xilero.net )
or even a server called nameless RO! ( nlro.net )
